Lots of laughs

The LA Comedy Club at Four Queens hosts nationally known comedians for a night of big laughs. The show recently moved from Trader Vic's where comedians such as Dave Attell, Brent Ernst, Ian Bagg and Avrim Quinn (a.k.a. Todd Paul) performed. Some names are not as well known as others, but you can always be sure that the you're in for a treat.

"When I book my talent, I look for guys that I think are funny. I don't book guys based on their resumes," said Matt Chavez, one of the club's producers and booking agents. "I believe that I am booking 'the best of the best' road comedians."

Las Vegas locals agree and voted the LA Comedy Club the Best Comedy Club in Las Vegas in a 2008 local newspaper readers' poll. Being a guest at the show is a great way to get warmed up for a night out on the town or to unwind after a grueling work week, and ticket prices won't break your budget unlike many other Vegas shows.

"We are a value show, we offer value cocktails.. When times are a little tough, laughter can be the best medicine, " said Chavez.

LA Comedy Club is produced by Joaquin Trujillo and Chavez of Tru Entertainment Production. Trujillo got his start in comedy at the Maxim Comedy Club in Las Vegas. Together they are bringing in some of the best comedians in the industry.
